Goolara provides support and training to ensure you have the knowledge needed to use the application. All these services are provided for free as part of the price for hosted customers, and are included for on-premise customers with current support and maintenance contracts.

Training

Training is provided for individuals or small groups using screen sharing software GoToMeeting. Training sessions are customized to the needs and interests of the participants. On-site training is available at an extra cost.

Basic Application Support

Goolara provides phone and email-based support for customers with questions about using the functionality of Symphonie. Whether you just have a question about which button to push or how to accomplish a task, Goolara is there to answer your questions.

Are you new to email marketing, or need other assistance with it? Goolara offers a full range of support options as well as thorough training in all aspects Symphonie.

Advanced Topics

Goolara provides assistance for customers needing assistance with the more sophisticated, advanced topics in Symphonie, such as creating segments, dynamic content, A/B splits, customized landing pages, etc. Goolara can create these items for you, or can assist you in creating these items.

Best Practices Consulting

Goolara will help customers with best-practices consulting regarding email marketing issues. We will help you optimize opt-in rates, open rates, in-box penetration, and more. We will also assist with rendering issues and will offer suggestions for content design.
