If you are using the on-premise version of Symphonie, Goolara will help you establish all the DNS entries and IP configurations to ensure your email is authenticated with the major ISPs. This involves creation and configuration of SPF, Sender ID, DomainKeys, and DKIM technologies. We will also setup feedback loops (complaint mail) with all the major ISPs to help ensure maximal delivery rates.

Using the On-Premise Solution? Goolara’s Deliverability Services option can help ensure your email gets delivered without problems.

Once everything is configured correctly, we will monitor your system on a daily basis for deliverability or other issues. If you are not getting all your email delivered, we will work with you and the ISPs, as needed to find a solution. The Goolara deliverability team will contact ISPs on your behalf for issue mitigation, as needed.

We will offer best-practices advice, if we see items in your content or deliverability issues that could be addressed. Additionally, we will monitor your system for any issues with the Symphonie software, and will install Symphonie upgrades for you, relieving you of the need to do any maintenance of the Symphonie system.

For on-premise customers, Deliverability Services are an added option and are charged at a monthly rate.
