Goolara Releases Email Marketing Solution Featuring Advanced Schedule Management With Calendar View
ALAMEDA, Calif. October 30, 2012 – Goolara, LLC, hosted and on-premise digital marketing software provider, today announced the release of Symphonie 3.4, the latest version of its powerful email marketing software. Along with behind-the-scenes improvements to its interface, Symphonie 3.4 now features Calendar View and a graph carousel as parts of its dashboard. “Digital marketing gets more complex every day, and marketers need more efficient ways to view their data if they want to stay on top of things,” Philip Thorne, CEO of Goolara, LLC said. “With this in mind, we've added the Calendar View and larger graphs to the Symphonie dashboard, making it easier than ever to keep track of deliverability, clickthrough rates, and other important email issues.”
The changes to Symphonie are apparent upon opening the program. The first thing one sees is the Calendar View for that month. With Calendar View, users can see at a glance what's happening with all their promotional mailings and transactional email for any day of the month. Mailing campaigns and transactional emails (emails sent in response to individual transactions) are color coded for easy identification. “Campaign mailings appear as blue bars,” explains Mr. Thorne. “Clicking on one of these bars brings up a pop-up window showing that mailing's report statistics along with a thumbnail display of the email.” Since Symphonie incorporates full transactional capabilities into its base program, transactional mailings appear on the calendar as gray bars showing the total number sent each day. Clicking on this bar will bring up the overview of the report statistics for transactional mailings.
In addition to the new Calendar View, the mailings and the transactional tabs have been modified to allow for a better display of the graphs and shortcuts to the report statistics. Graphs for the key metrics are now shown in slide carousel format that allows for bigger images that are easier to read. Graphs for deliverability and key metrics, such as clickthroughs and open rates, are displayed on trend lines to help users keep track of their email effectiveness. Deliverability, key to any email marketing program, is shown on a separate graph.
