Workflows

Workflows allow you to automate decision making and email sending based on a visual flow through a decision tree. Workflows cannot be created using the API, but recipients can be added or removed from Workflows using the API.

Recipients are added at the start node of the workflow, but can be removed from any point in the workflow.
